Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping Options (U.S.)
We currently offer the following shipping methods:

USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days) – $5

USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days) – $8

USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days) – $20
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

4. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes unless otherwise stated. We now offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to selected countries – this means duties and taxes are collected at checkout.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly from the link provided.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We offer optional shipping protection through Route or Corso (for an added fee at checkout). If selected, your order is insured against loss or damage.
If shipping protection is not selected, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
